Asset Administration Shell API basic features
The Asset Administration Shell API enables you to create, find, and retrieve Asset Administration Shells as well as to assign Submodel Descriptors. You can also find visual representations of Asset Administration Shells in the Asset Administration Shell Digital Twin Registry UI.
The Asset Administration Shell API has two parts: the Asset Administration Shell Registry API and the Asset Administration Shell Discovery API.

The Asset Administration Shell Registry API: designed for the management of Asset Administration Shells, it enables you to create and retrieve Shells, and to assign Submodel Descriptors.
